Traherne's wonder : Kelson (Kelson).

Tag : Silver twist and light blue silk.
Tail : A topping.
Butt : Black ostrich.
Body : In two sections: rear section, 1/3 body length of gold silk, veiled

above and below with Indian crow, two turns of medium oval

silver tinsel and butted by black ostrich. Front section, 2/3 body

length of claret silk.
Ribs : Medium oval silver tinsel.
Wings : Two strips of black turkey having white points. Scarlet macaw,

swan dyed green parrot, white swan, bronze mallard.
Throat : Gallina.
Hackle : Claret from claret silk.
Cheeks : Chatterer.
Horns : Scarlet macaw.

Body : First one-quarter of gold silk ribbed with fine oval silver tinsel (two turns) and veiled above and below with

indian crow followed by a black ostrich herl butt. The last three-quarters of claret silk ribbed with fine oval

silver tinsel (five turns).
Hackle : Brown over the claret silk.
Throat : Teal.
Underwing : White-tipped black turkey tail.
Wings : Married strips of swan in this order of colors: red, green, claret, red, white, red, green, claret and red, then

veiled along the top edge with summer duck and a topping over all.
Cheeks : Chatterer.
Horns : Red macaw.
