Tail : A golden pheasant's top-knot (a topping).
Body : Hog's down, or if a large fly, Mohair. If a small one; four parts deep blood red. three parts dark golden olive,
          two deep blue and one golden yellow.
Ribs : Gold twist or tinsel.
Hackle : A cock's hackle dyed deep blood red.
Wings : Mixed; Brown mallard, golden pheasant and peacock's wing or turkey tail, with two strips from a macao' tail.
            = scarlet Macaw
