No.2 : No.1. "If doesn't work, take No. 2."

The next 2 flies were used by Grimble on the Thurso. 1913.
 
No.1 : The first on Grimble liked to call the Enys, after "the father of ther river " Mr. Enys. However this name in not
 
connected to the fly, officially.
 
Tail : Red Ibis or red dyed Swan.
Body : 1/3 golden twist, veiled with Toucan and a red butt. the remainder yellow and blue Mohair, in two equal parts.
Ribs : Broad silver tinsel over the wool.
Throat : 1ste a claret hackle, 2de a blue hackle and 3de a Gallina hackle.
Wings : Long strips brown Turkey with red and blue Macaw.
Sides : 3 Jungle Cock. The first longer than the second and this longer than the last.
 
 
No. 2 (Colonel Rock).
 
 
Tail : Red Ibis.
Body : Bright yellow Mohair. Picked out more toward the head, between the ribs.
Ribs : Silver tinsel.
Throat : A yellow Parrot hackle.
Horns : Red Macaw.
 
 
 
 
 
A. Grimble claims, the next fly is a local fly and a "Killer" for the part of the Ugie, which is in possesion of Colonel Ferguson
of Pitfour and which is an invention of Pitfour's keeper.

Body : Silver tinsel.
Hackle : White.
Throat : White.
Wings : Mallard.
 
 
 
Again A. Grimble dicribes two flies, 1913; Now for the Glenelg, The section which was in possesion od Mr. Baillie of Dochfour. Grimble said about this fly it is a " odd-looking fly".

Hackle : Zilver 'Dun" kleurig.

Underwing : Goudfazant tippets, met de achterzijde tegen elkaar.
Wings : Mixed strips van Reiger en Roerdomp veren. Een korte strip Carolina eend aan iedere zijde.
Horns : Blauwe Ara.
